ChangXin Technology's third-quarter 2026 results, covering July through September, show revenue of about 118.714 billion yuan, up about 19.30% from the previous quarter, and net profit of about 88.983 billion yuan, up about 19.38% from the previous quarter.

ChangXin Technology's technical disclosures have been concentrated over a short span. In August, it announced that LPDDR6 had entered global mass production. In September, its fifth-generation technology platform, G5, entered mass production. Recently, the company also reported progress in 4F² architecture. These moves are backed by 11.071 billion yuan in research and development spending during the first three quarters of 2026, a 73.03% increase from the same period a year earlier.
The third-quarter report says DRAM products developed on the sixth-generation technology platform have completed engineering sample validation. This stage means internal technical validation and early customer evaluation have been completed. If selected customers finish their own verification, the products can proceed to volume production and shipment.
At the end of August, ChangXin said its latest LPDDR6 low-power memory had entered global mass production and had been adopted first in flagship models from mainstream smartphone makers. The product provides a peak data rate of 12800Mbps, 60% higher bandwidth than LPDDR5X, and 20% lower power consumption, making it a key memory component for edge AI scenarios.
The August-to-recent sequence of disclosures, together with the completed sixth-generation sample validation, indicates that customer verification is the next milestone before mass-production shipments.
